It is a place in which you can enjoy  unforgettable emotions in a  typical workshop:  between the construction of  a trullo dwelling, demonstration  of handmade pasta “orecchiette” and another, we can tell you something about  goodies such as how to prepare crispy Taralli (baked products with ring shape), fried broad beans, typical “rosoli” liquors, almond milk and above all you can taste Apulian Wines, starting from Primitivo, coming to other local ones such as Negroamaro or Nero di Troia.
